I have called twice within 2 months for refills and the same guy answered both times and he's always short with me. Somehow, they messed up my refills on my medications and gave me 2 and left 1 out so I was calling about that 1 to see when it could be refilled and he asked for my name and then was like "They only pay for it once every 25 days". Thanks for the information you gave me last time, pal. I needed to know THE DATE IT COULD BE REFILLED. After my last refill, I will be switching pharmacies. Unfortunately, it's only when I call that I have issues but if I have questions, I expect them to be answered professionally. It's your job, afterall!
