EVEN Hotels Omaha Downtown

EVEN is a new, modern hotel with a fitness theme. There is a yoga mat and block, a balance ball and resistance bands in the room, complete with a book of exercise instructions. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is very modern although the shower design tends to leave the floor wet. All in all my experience was good although we were denied free shuttle service because the driver was only accommodating patrons of a specific event that we had not attended. We were just a few blocks away from the event but were not given a ride.

I stayed at EVEN hotel for a wedding. I was impressed with how much floor space there is in the rooms. Everything in the hotel is very bright and welcoming. They have a culture centered on wellness and the rooms include space and supplies for working out. I was only there for a night, but EVEN is my first choice of hotel the next time I'm in the Omaha area

This place is called the 402 hotel. It's still under renovation but some rooms are done... Mine is one. If you get past the fact that there are parts that still look rough, this is a great spot. Flat screen TV, coffee and fridge in room, nice tiling. I had a shower issue and the AC is a bit loud. However bed is comfy and the staff are very nice. When the renovations are done... It will be even better

Hotel rooms were new and clean. Staff was super friendly. Complimentary water bottle in each room and water on every floor was great. Bar was lively, as was breakfast. Board games, ping pong tables, yoga and workout equipment. Every detail adds up to a perfect experience.

I truly am at a loss for words. EVEN is a very calming, yet invigoratingly designed hotel. You walk in, and you're not sure if you want to relax after an 11 hour drive from Michigan, or walk over to Cork and Kale to unwind with a tea. I had worked an 8 hour night shift the night before my drive, and left straight for Omaha. After making said 11 hour drive (on one hour of sleep), I had Bethany greet me with a smile and high level of professionalism. She was informative, courteous, and helpful. The room itself was sleek and modern, yet so calming, even the most stressed of guests could manage to get some shuteye. I don't know what I liked more - the clock with ambient mood lighting, or the guest bathroom with the invigorating mint body wash. Upon checkout, I had an employee who was concerned about how my stay was, and wished me well on my travels. Next time I'm out in Omaha, I'd frankly be a fool to stay anywhere other than EVEN. (side request - can IHG build an EVEN closer to me in Michigan?)
