We have called upon this business on a couple different occasions the first time for something minor replacement of a toilets wax seal the second and most recent time we had them replace our old in home well pump with one that is outdoors down in the well and also added an in-home water filtration system. They return our calls in a timely manner each time as well as set up time to do the job in an acceptable time period. Scott is very professional as are all of the workers and explained the process, benefit's vs costs and time in a detailed way which helped us as the customers be more informed in order to make a final decision. Many times, we have chosen to go with the companies that have been around for the longer period of time vs the newer companies. Our original plumber for our home passed away a few years back therefore we needed to find someone else that we could trust as well as feel confident in. Evangeline Plumbing & Heating 2019 LTD, was and is our choice. They are honest, don't try to *up-sell* the customer and complete their jobs in a timely, professional manner. How nice it is to have these young men enter into this business in our local area!

I called three times: I left messages the first two times, but no one called me back. The third time Scott answered: he was on a job but would definitely call me back that evening. Nothing. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Useless. Worse than useless - fraudulent. He pretends to be a plumber. Don't bother calling - he'll just ignore you.
