Had the soft serve twist, dipped in cherry and sprinkles. Very yummy. Definitely a Lake Orion staple and I hope it never goes away. Very speedy service as well, line appeared long when we arrived, but moved FAST.
First time here, I was recommended by my neighbor. The ice cream is top notch. Homemade and delicious. I got the almond joy cyclone. My wife got their puppy chow, they are both Very good. They don't skimp on the ingredients. You get what you pay for. Very polite and fast. Definitely not dairy queen wait times. My new favorite ice cream parlor.
Always great ice cream and a great selection of cyclones. Just remember, cash only!
Soft serve was great! I made a mistake and got the baby size cone, she told me it would be small but I thought she was talking about the amount of ice cream, not the size of the actual cone itself, it was an Itty bitty cone...oopse! For people wanting a regular size cone but not that much ice cream you have to get a small and let them know you don't want/need the full amount of ice cream. Lol
Pretty good ice cream. Wish they weren't cash only and had more consistency. The quality of your order depends entirely on the youngster who made it, there doesn't seem to be a standard practice for preparing menu items. Luckily most of the time it's done well.
Delicious ice cream, surprisingly cosy and homey ambiance, and quick, clean service, and fair pricing. These 1950's ice cream parlors are a rarity but gems; there's nothing like getting a cone on a warm summer evening and watching the headlights go by while you shoot the breeze with your friends.
This place is amazing and the lady makes most of her ice cream home made for years now. They have almost anything you can expect from an ice cream store and more. If you are in the area, it's a must stop.
I had really great ice cream. You’re doing a good job Eva. Also, if you guys are looking for employees I know someone that would love to work there.
A BABY cone with sprinkles is nearly $3?!? Greedy much? It's not even a mouthful of ice cream. And the girls working on 8/25 in the evening had a major attitude and did not understand what I was asking for. Just a bad experience.
We've known Eva since the kids were little and still keep her updated on their lives, we try to go when there are fewer people. Parking is better now, but still a small lot for how many come here.
