The worse service ever. after 2 weeks, they didn't shipped the kit to take samples, then we rush the samples and they forgot over weekend on counter and the discarded after. They said they will send technician to take sample, after a week no show.nnIt is time now for their competitors to harvest market share, that should be easy to convince whoever need water test service to move to a more professional company.
