Very nice experience Buying tile at the store. However it took a long time for the product to arrive from overseas. I was never called to be notified that my order arrived. And the pickup has been very difficult. Overall, I will definitely shop at the outlet again. Likely not at the store.
Beautiful showroom with a wide variety of products. Love that the washrooms have signs telling you which products are used. All products indicate price which is super helpful when walking around. Visited with a product rep who was very knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. Great experience.
Get ready to wait forever for your tile even when they say it’s ready. Dude next to me says he’s been waiting outside for 4 hrs and he was told his order was ready for pickup a week ago. As others have said, once the sale is made, you can kiss any good service goodbye. PS, returns policy is super lame too so watch out
Exceptional selection of quality tile
Awesome Showroom and selection but it's the service that stood out compared to your big box store like home depot. Corrine did a great job and was very helpful.
