Craft cocktails, great atmosphere and service! Love the classic decor.
This classy cocktail bar is a Pullman gem! The bartenders and servers are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Perfect spot to enjoy some great cocktails, appetizers, and music. Prices are reasonable and on par with other fine establishments.
I'm from Minneapolis, so when we were told about this AMAZING cocktail bar in Pullman, WA, we were like "yeah, right". We went, and it is an AMAZING cocktail bar. Our group ended up trying a bunch of drinks and they were all delicious. Make sure to try the Woohoo shot - it's delicious strawberry, ginger, vodka! I strongly recommend getting the bartender's choice if Blake is tending bar. She is absolutely phenomenal! On happy hour drinks were $6 a piece - in Minneapolis a drink of that quality and calibre even on happy hour would be $8+, usually more like $12-15 Can't recommend this place enough!!! We ended up changing our schedule while out there to hit this place twice - it was THAT good!
Favorite bar in Pullman!! Best cocktails in town, dancing and music on the weekends and regularly does events so check out their social media to know what's going on! A little pricy for the area, but definitely worth it!
Etsi Bravo is the best bar in Pullman. The drinks are unique and delicious, their food is outstanding, and their staff are friendly and personable. It's also a great place to host events. I highly recommend their catered food and event space- the atmosphere is unbeatable!
If you love stairs and hate sticky floors. This is the spot for you. Fast friendly staff. We ordered flat bread with 3 kinds of dip. Not sure what the dips were, due to being at a dark comedy show. But they were great.
Really cool place! I've been told this is the only grown up bar in Pullman and I quite believe it. I know that some nights there is dancing and it can apparently bring in a younger crowd, so if that's not your thing it's probably worth noting. I'd say that the only downside is that the appetizers are probably a little priceier than I would have expected considering portion sizes, and group seating is a bit scarce. Beautiful brick walls, nice wood ceilings, and the drinks were yummy. The music was just loud enough to create atmosphere without being so loud that you leave with a sore throat from trying to talk with your friends. Definitely recommend!
It's a pretty chill atmosphere. Friendly enough staff, but a little pricey. I bought 2 Whiskey Sours and it cost $19. They were good drinks, but I could buy a 5th of cheap whiskey for less than that! Had to wait a few minutes to pay my bill until the staff got two people their water, but... this is my first time out socially since 2019, so... things have probably changed.
I've had a lot of great nights out at Etsi. Sometimes they are duds - music can be a hit or miss, and there are plenty of creepy dudes that follow women around and the workers won't kick out. I wish they would get better DJs and do more to protect the women that are just there to have a fun night!
What was once a hidden gem is now one of the most popular places in the area. By far the best cocktails in town rivaling what you would find in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, or New York and for almost half the price of what you would pay in the city. Their new food menu is also really good and incredible value.
