I would recommend their services to anyone. I had nothing but 100% positive experience. Don't let the "looks" of the place deceive you, as the place is kind of "old" (like the whole mall) and very inconspicuous. It is the service that matters and it is 100% professional. From Deidra the receptionist (nice, friendly, professional in processing claims !), Clover (physiotherapist) and Gail who guides me through exercises and applies other treatments. They are all very nice, caring and attentive to your problems. Did not met other staff, besides Helen who was filling in for Gail once - also very nice and knowledgeable. Recommendation : if you ever do physio with them - DO your exercises regularly at home. They REALLY are effective in recovery and the staff absolutely knows what kind you need.
