It shows a complete disconnect from reality.nnLet me make this very clear:nWe are human beings, not robots.nSitting comfortably in a warehouse and typing numbers into a computer does not magically make deliveries happen on the ground.nnOn the road, the reality is very different:nIcy streets, unsafe driveways, frozen stairs, traffic delays, vehicle risks, and serious health hazards. None of this is visible on a screen — but drivers face it every minute.nnIt honestly feels like there is zero consideration, zero accountability, and zero respect for the people actually doing the physical work. Just because a system allows a number to be generated does not mean it is realistic, safe, or acceptable.nnExpecting drivers to complete such an excessive workload in extreme weather is irresponsible and unfair. This kind of planning clearly ignores ground reality and puts driver safety at serious risk.nnPlease understand this clearly:nGround reality cannot be managed from a keyboard.
There are ongoing concerns about dispatch kartik sharma and others at DON9. Communication from some dispatchers toward drivers has been unprofessional and at times disrespectful.Some drivers come first at warehouse at 6:30 pm while other gets hard time, which creates a sense of unfairness..nDrivers are delivering 300+ parcels daily under significant pressure. Scheduling decisions are made by dispatch, yet drivers are the ones facing the on-road challenges.nI hope Amazon and GO Logistics management review dispatch practices at DON9 to ensure fairness, accountability, and respectful treatment of drivers…
