This rating is specific to the multipurpose and janitorial staff. It feels as if we are barely able to play the sports we love anymore. The multipurpose room is always being used for events or birthday parties. The prices are also getting crazy, so we have started playing at the elementary schools again, which are cheaper by $30. We also are not allowed to play if the gym is booked but no one shows up, so it just sits empty sometimes. Most of the equipment is unusable and we have to constantly fix the volleyball net ourselves. Most times, we will have to use basketballs that have holes in them or are really flat, and the volleyball net is ripped. We will usually get kicked out upwards of 30-45 minutes early because the janitor decide that we need to be out of there so they can clean during hours that we paid to rent the area in. I have had a couple workers tell me that the janitor’s work until 12pm so this should not be happening at all. These issues have been present ever since 2023 and most people who use the multi purpose room are upset. With how overlooked these issues are and with how poor the communication is with the people who use this area I think you should be asking people’s opinions or send out a survey.
The pool was pretty busy. It was a fun place. The library was very neat and orderly, with a gaming section for the older kids, comfortable reading space for story time, and plenty of toys to keep the little ones occupied.
Great staff, gym has lots of equipment in it. The change room is very large and lots of room so you aren’t all squished together, very large pool and hot tub. The sauna is a great way to relax after a work out and they have a now large one to stretch out in. Everything was nice and clean, hot tub and sauna are cleaned on the weekly and once a year they do a huge clean out of the pool for an entire month and do painting and all the the necessary repairs. From daily passes to yearly memberships, they have it all!
Visited the pool facility end of August 2018. It is fun for kids and has a good water slide but its biggest flaw is the water slide and hot tub are next to floor-to-ceiling windows and are in full sun. You are required to shower before entering the pool no sunscreen. Pool shower floor was slimy and the family change room was closed for renovations and drywall dust was coming out of its exit into the pool area. It should've been closed off to the pool. Perhaps end of August before the pool closes in September for its annual cleaning is not the best time to visit.
