Our stay was great although we had a snow storm during our stay. We could enjoy the spa before the storm hit. The fireplace in the room was a good addition to the room and it was relaxing. Overall the property is well maintained and staffs were very kind. I would like to come again if I find a reasonable price.
Reception staff and concierge were very friendly and accommodating. We were thankfully able to have an early check in and that allowed us to enjoy the spa a bit more too. Beautiful views and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Chais58, the food was great! A couple of things; there was lot of noise from other guest at night, loads of ladybugs in the room probably with the season changesand the hot tubs and pools didn’t seem very clean with lots of debris flooding around and slightly overcrowded. Overall I gave a 4 star because we did have a wonderful experience and If check out was later that would of gave more time to enjoy amenities considering the high cost. I definitely will be back and hopefully can change my rating to a 5 star.
I have come here twice and every time I loved my experience. First time was when there was a lot of restrictions with covid but they still made my stay amazing and they did try to accommodate as much as possible. The food is really yummy, i was able to try the breakfast and it is amazing every time. It’s always super clean and the products given in the rooms shampoo/conditioner/Facewash smells absolutely amazing. It’s honestly a great way to relax with your partner after the holidays. Can’t wait to come again next month!
We had our sales kick off at this resort for the 3rd time, place has been renovated, rooms are way more decent than the last 2 times, but man, the food, except the breakfast is uneatable, thus I removed 2 stars, dinner both days were uneatable, the steak was still alive , I was hearing the cow mowing … avoid the so called fancy dinner . I’d rather grab a McDonald burger than eating the Alive cow. Apart from that, the staff was great, the valet is out of this world, very helpful , tip them well! If they change their menu of their dinners , I’d give them 5 stars
Was fine. Slightly underwhelming experience for the price. Restaurants were just OK and very over priced for what you get. Spa was underwhelming to. We ended up checking out early and leaving because the "resort" had little to offer. Needs to improve the customer experience. Rundown resort with lack of care/CX. Not very good customer service. Overall, for the cost, I would recommend staying somewhere else. I will not go back.
Beautiful rooms, great restaurants, and a ton of outdoor activities. The highlight for me was the wine cellar. Magnificent selections and local cheese, excellent service. If you are going, make sure you book restaurant reservations in advance. I thought I could get a table the same day as my arrival and was mistaken. There isn't room service, but you can order take out and pick it up at the restaurant. I met the chef, and he got a table for me, which was amazing, and i really appreciated that. There is no vending and no small store, so stock up. Also, it's a hike up and down stairs to get from one section to another, so be prepared to walk a lot. If you fly into Montreal, rent a car because it's a good distance away, and it's very hard to get a ride with Uber. I was there on business, so I didn't get to explore much, unfortunately, but the setting is spectacular.
Amazing retreat ! Loved the room with the private spa on the balcony facing the lake ! Food is great ! A great place to disconnect from the "everyday stress" not to far but feels like thousand miles away from the city ! Food & drinks: Breakfast and late night dessert delivered to the room is amazing !!!
I happened to go to the restaurant for lunch yesterday and ordered the beef macreuse. It was sensational! The entire plate was elegant and delicious. Seriously a 5 star dining experience in Estérel. Bravo au chef!Service: 5/5
Went to my room the room was disgusting on valentines days hair in the tub dirty floors. The room smelled disgusting. I Asked for a refund and they didn’t offer me an upgrade or even just to change the room they said they could do nothing for the night. Got the refund and then they charged me 295$ for a room I didn’t sleep in they wasted my time and we got an airbnb near. I would say a 3 star hotel at top. 3 stars motels have nicer suite than this hotel … Never again. I’ll call to see what the fees are and ask for a chargeback with mastercard if they don’t wanna give me my money back.
Unfortunately our car was stolen from hotel parking lot. Since we have been traveling from Toronto for 3 days relax this experience was truly devastating. And there is not a sign from the resort management to make us feel better with all this experience with police and insurance company.Rooms: 4/5
