When I arrived, there were a couple of empty spots so I backed in to the pump. It said, "Sorry, pump unavailable" so I went to another pump and it had the same message. Thinking that was odd, I went to a third pump and it said the same thing. So I went inside to ask if there was a problem with the pumps and the guy behind the counter told me it is a "one way gas station" and he was turning off the pumps as I went to them. I was blown away, the jerk was shutting off the pumps as I went to them. There aren't any signs saying it's a one way! How am I supposed to know it's "One way". Never going back there again.

Pulled in when no one was waiting, was told via intercom I could not pump unless I turned my car around because it is a “one way pump”. ?? Long time loyal customer now gone forever. PS: is it compliant with your site plan and acceptable to emergency services to block with pylons an entire driveway on a Regional Road? Let’s find out together.

Staff needs some customer service skills and wait due to line ups can be rediculus. Bought a car wash...forgot about the ticket went to use it the day of expiration and the car wash was closed asked for an extension. Was told sorry they can extend it. I won't go back.

Great gas prices, however, they are very strict on which way you enter and exit. Not always the friendliest of staff. I'd only come when it's not too busy.

Empolyees need to be trained how to greet customers when they walk in. Very rude and slow.
