they do not follow 100% on business hours. they make some excuses which make no sense and they are not "professional" about their jobs. Moreover they do not seem to respect your business as customers because there is no such customer service existing in that place. (All they care about is "how to make people spending $$$ from their wallets!!)

Store hours for this place are a joke. At the time I'm writing this review, the store is supposed to be still open but the guy didn't open door to me 10 minutes ago. I will never spend a dime of my money at Esso again. I betcha if it was a white guy, he would have opened the door and became a buddy with them too.
