I filled my truck at this station, waiting for a carwash option on the pump... no option. i figured thats ok, i will use the wash bays and spray all the mud off there instead... this station also runs the wash bays behind the station. i asked the clerk for change for a twenty. he gave me a ten, some townies and then a loony and then wash tokens instead of the regular currency i was expecting. didn't explain anything about tokens... I GO TO THE BAYS... No soap, no wax, broken brushes (which you shouldn't really use anyhow as they aren't cleaned in the best of places and will scratch the crap out of your vehicle. I fed SO MUCH change into this machine getting it to simply spray water. I went back to the station and told them the issues with bay 2 and asked could i have some if not all of my ten dollars back, since I had just paid for water to spray on the truck. The woman in charge there said "what do you want me to do about it, I have to run this place.' She says this as I am wondering silently what about the three other employees in here not ten minutes ago? hmmm. She reaches under the counter and starts counting out more wash tokens for me, and tries to give them to me. sate, "no I would like my actual money back not your wash tokens." She says, "I'll send one of the men out to show you how to use the machine." I say, " I know how to use the machine, Ive used them in the past it is not rocket science and I am not interested in being schooled on a broken washer. Can I please have my money back so I can get on with my day?" The owner, reluctantly returned five dollars of the ten I wasted to me, and I stated I was simply looking for decent customer service as I left the station. During this interaction she also denied there was any issue with the wash bays at all!! Really?? There was not even a brush on the soap brush attachment. I reiterate, no wax, no soap, and barely any pressure from the hose unless on plain water rinse. Don't use the wash bays at this place. Don't expect good customer service. Just more people coming here and ripping pff the local folk. Nice, hope you are proud of your life. Thanks for the pricey water. UGH
