Staff I experienced are very lazy, not customer oriented at all. Very uniformed and not concerned with customer satisfaction. Pumps are messy, garbage full, garbage in the window wash fluid. When asked about the mess, the response was not cordial (“Well Sir...If I had Time!!”) I see that there is always time for a break outside when no one is there, not sure who ownes this, but I won’t be back.

I travel frequently between Kingston and Ottawa and a stop at the Prescott Esso is a typical occurence. It's no more than 3-5 minutes to reach off the 401 Highway. I first chose this Esso station because I was low on gas and because I collect Aeroplan points. However, I continue to stop there because it's easy to get in and out, the employees behind the counter are very pleasant and there is a good choice of snacks. The final benefit is conveniently next door to this Esso station. It is a Tim Hortons.

Cheapest gas I could find by accident. The attendant got angry and was even swearing when I had issues with my payment card. It was all figured out in 5 minutes and was before closing. I was there for a total of 25 minutes with a purchase of 250L of fuel.
