Stopped here last week to fill up and had a great experience. The station was clean, well-lit, and easy to access from the main road. The pumps worked properly, there was no waiting, and the convenience store was fully stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful during checkout.
nnThis Esso location is convenient for a quick stop, but the overall experience was disappointing. The service felt unfriendly and unprofessional, and the station did not seem very well maintained. The atmosphere around the pumps and convenience area felt neglected, which made the visit less comfortable than expected.nnGas stations are places where customers expect fast and smooth service, but unfortunately this location lacked that basic level of customer care. There is definitely room for improvement in both cleanliness and staff attitude.
The washroom was out of service.nThere were no paper towels at the pump and so dirty boxes, and no paper for receipts at the pump either.nOverall, the service at this location is very poor.nnEsso, if you cannot provide even basic services, you should consider giving this location to another company. I have attached all photos as proof
I want to leave a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Esso near my home, especially the Filipino gentleman who was working last night.nnI had accidentally locked myself out of my apartment with no phone, freezing outside, and embarrassingly wearing two different sandals. I went there feeling desperate and overwhelmed. He could have easily turned me away, but instead he showed genuine kindness and compassion.nnHe let me use the store phone, and when I still couldn’t reach the person I needed, he went even further and let me use his personal cell phone so I could look up and call a locksmith.nnIn a moment when I felt helpless, his kindness made all the difference. He may not realize it, but he truly helped save me last night. Good people like him deserve to be recognized.nnThank you so much. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
Decent Esso gas station overall. Fuel prices are fairly standard for the area and the pumps usually work without issues. The convenience store is okay, but it can feel a bit limited and sometimes not very well stocked. Service is average — not bad, but not particularly friendly either. It gets the job done if you need gas or a quick stop, but there’s nothing that really stands out.
