When I came in there was two women working. The younger one was very quiet and sweet and helpful, the older one was rude, unhelpful, she kept answering phones while checking us in, we were waiting in the lineup for about 10 minutes while the younger one checked in other customers and the other one yapped about some coffee thing, then we finally got to finish our purchase, as the young girl didn’t have any customers left and took over.. the older one didn’t say hello, she didn’t say have a nice day, she didn’t smile.nIf I didn’t need the gas I would have left. Also noticed that points were redeemed from my PC and I didn’t ask for points to be redeemed. Great service
Today I visited the 7-Eleven store in Ladner esso gas station and had a very disappointing experience that I feel needs to be addressed.When I entered the store, I saw a Canadian customer coming out of the washroom. Immediately after, I asked the employee on duty, an older lady named Chandra, if I could use the washroom. She told me that I could not because it was “blocked from inside.” This explanation did not make sense given what I had just seen.The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and it came across as discriminatory. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing business. All customers should be treated with the same respect, regardless of background.Because of this incident, I do not plan to return to this location and I will also advise people I know to avoid it unless this issue is taken seriously. I strongly request that you speak with this employee about proper behavior and customer service. If she is unable to treat customers respectfully, she should not be working in this role.I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that customers are treated fairly and professionally going forward.nnThank you
Save yourself the headache and do not ever come to this location. Clearly the owner puts a blind eye to these reviews because everybody has a negative experience with this place. The uneducated miserable lady Akashdeep gave me the worst attitude, literally ruined my day…. Asked my buddy for ID when he wasn’t even buying cigarettes on purpose. She tried to speak to me in her language “Indian” I think and I am not even from India…! Worst esso I have ever been to in my life.
Helpful staff and good selection of products available here. Ive been getting Dr. Pepper Cream Soda from here specifically
Do not use this gas station very rude, no bathrooms for use. Use the chevron if you need gas in this city
