Appalling service! If you want to vacuum your vehicle this is the wrong place to go. A few months ago I went washed to my car and vacuum the backseat. I was approached by one of the staff who told me I needed to finish because people wanted to wash their cars. I thought this was strange since I was actively vacuuming my car and there were no signs saying anything about time limits or not to use the vacuum. I recently returned to wash/vacuum my car and again I was approached by one of the workers who again told me I couldn't vacuum my car. If they do not want people to vacuum their cars maybe they should have signage outside and on the vacuums. Horrible experience !

Poorly ran place. Every time I've been here the employees just don't seem to care (e.g. talking on cell phone, barely acknowledging customer presence, moving slowly, etc). The wand wash water is cold and the place is dirty. There is always a long wait here because nobody cares if someone takes 20 minutes to dry their vehicle.
