VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…nnDate 2024-08-09…nThe guy who is working at night on above date was very rude. I felt targeted with no reason.nnIt is a raining and storm day outside I chose to stay inside for a bit while having coffee that I bought from the Tim Horton.nnHe walked to me and said if you are not buying anything go out of the store asap.nnStore need to give proper training to their employees when to kick out someone when to not.nnI feel he would not have done it if someone local was there instead of me.

My family fueled our car with the regular gas, but upon checking the receipt, realized that we were charged for premium gas price. We asked the lady at the counter for a partial refund amounting to the price differential. When the lady told us that we were mistaken and that we must have pressed the wrong button, we asked that she check the security camera since there was one for each station. At our mentioning this, she started fuming and threatened to call the police on us. To me, a reasonable person would have checked the camera to confirm what happened. Since we were there as tourists and were on our way back to the US, we did not want to get bogged down with a police report and left. With that said, this interaction makes me wonder if she’s intentionally manipulating the gas prices.

Tim Hortons on premises. Staff friendly but mostly trainees and slow with orders.
