The cashier was not in possession of a good attitude. I had just returned to Canada after a long drive and had a cast on one arm. When I prepaid my gas, he switched on the Regular pump, instead of Premium as I had requested. He couldn't be bothered to ask if I needed any assistance when there were no other customers. When I asked about the PC Optimum loyalty card, he refused to apply it to my purchase. I would go elsewhere for my gas based on my experience.
Cashier Adam and his Boss both are very helpful guys ,outstanding service , they take care of there customers very well ..Amazing experience.. one of the best Esso store
Friendly, helpful, polite staff. But, no pump service, no pay at the pump option. Convenient location off Highway 39 on the north west end of town. Coldest and most exposed to the wind when pumping gas. Price is often just a little higher than the other stations in town.
