I visited this Esso station to refuel, and the staff’s attitude was quite impolite. When I went to pay and tried to redeem my PC Optimum points, the employee only told me that they “can’t redeem here, only collect points,” and the tone was very unfriendly. Later, when my friend asked again, the staff finally said she were new. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable customer experience. I hope the store can improve its service attitude.
It’s a beauttiful one-stop-one-shop place. The customer service is friendly but doesn’t make up for the lack of speed or concern over the customers time. If you want good food come here but expect to wait forever to get that food.
Everyone knows convenience stores are more expensive, but this place is outrageous. Over $70 for two sandwiches, two small veggie containers with dip, a drink and a small pack of jerky. Price gouging at its worse and not worth supporting.
Bathrooms were dirty. Got some pizza and the pizza dough was so so doughy still. The wife got a fruit bowl and yogurt which was not bad. Definitely a hard 2 out of 5.
Other reviews are likely people having a bad day, I always go to the car wash here and the cashiers are nice people. I love their hot food, I love the atmosphere of also going here for a bite :
