Just reading someones comment below about parts. When calling anywhere for parts the model and serial number are required in order to get the proper part. If you are looking for any car parts you need your model, so why would parts for an appliance be any different. Its is these ppl that don't have the information and put in complaint. Don't complain about someone if you don't have all the proper information. Just my opinion.

You won't find better prices anywhere. No haggling best price offered first time. Salesmen not on commission so the expert staff just help you find what is best for you. Free delivery and they will take your old appliance away for free. Offer a large variety of brands and models in all appliances. Always a great experience. Highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICE Or fridge was over 22 year old, so 2 months ago I found a fridge I wanted at another BIG Box store. Ordered it and paid in full, after 3 weeks of waiting, they called me and said it is no longer available and they would refund my money. (a total waist of my time). Yesterday our fridge died and it was a rush to find one ASAP. I went to every place in Windsor area. Looked at a lot of fridges , did not find exactly what I wanted and was told earliest I could get one was 7-10 days. Went to Essex appliance and they were more then helpful. Found a fridge exactly like I wanted and they delivered it next day for free. I was so happy with their service and PRICE that I will see them again next time I need another appliance. Thanks Essex Appliance , I am very happy with our Kitchen Aid Fridge.

No stars. Terrible after sales service. Have called them twice now for after sales service and had to go elsewhere to get it done. Will never buy from t hem again.

Been shopping there over 15 years. Great deals and service every time from some great staff. Delivery and follow up service is exceptional.
