You know how you get a hair cut and then rush home to "fix" it? Well, I think this is the first time in a decade that rushed home and saw that I didn't need to fix it at all! Heck, I wished I had plans that night! I picked Aveda from a Google search and, surprisingly, they booked me for the very next day – on a Saturday during prom season! Maybe everyone else was on the beach, lol. Cristian was my stylist and he was great! After the pandemic I had forgotten how nice it was to have someone wash my hair so was heavenly. And I always have to show hairstylists pictures for reference and then coach them through my cut, but with meeting Cristian and telling him what I was looking for I felt like I didn't need to. Chatting was very comfortable and, surprisingly, I didn't have the urge to constantly check what he was doing in the mirror. I just relaxed and enjoyed the chat and the view of the bird feeder outside the window on a bright sunny day. Turned out my gut was right – he knocked it out of the park! I went home to "fix" my hair but didn't want to change a single thing about it. Instead I immediately tried to remember how he styled it so I can try to duplicate it until my next appointment! Thanks so much, Cristian! I'll be back! RE: MASKS This was exactly one week after the mask mandate was ended. When I walked through the lobby and into the salon, I was the only person wearing a mask, though one stylist that I hadn't seen when I entered was wearing a mask as I was going to pay. Nobody made me feel uncomfortable about wearing a mask though.

Becca gave me probably the best haircut of my life. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and my hair actually looked 10 times better than the picture, which has never happened to me before. She’s super talented, and her team is also very sweet!

Just want to thank Orpheo for a great cut. I was stopped by a woman with long hair that loved my cut so much that she took a picture to get the same cut.
