The doctor and nurse were empathetic and listened to me. On the other hand I called the clinic after bing told I would be called to schedule a test… they never called.. I called and left a message like they said to do and still no call back weeks later…
We used this facility recently as an urgent care. Being from out of state but with insurance we were leery. We were in and out in an hour and had the most professional service you could ask for. Everyone was delightful and there were no hassling papers to complete. The pharmacy had our script completed in less than 2 minutes and we were out the door to continue our vacation. I can honestly say I’ve never been in and out of my general doctors office in less time. This place has service and quality healthcare down to an art. Well done!
I and my wife saw Dr. Jeri Vageldt. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed a last minute appointment. They accommodated our last minute request. Dr. was very professional and courteous.

When you walk in the front desk people might ignore you instead of greeting you. There are some good MDs but some of the nurses will lie about the length of your visit so they can overbill you. The patient services in INCREDIBLY unhelpful. They will stick you with copays you should not be billed for. They will tell you all you need is a lab then sit you with a nurse who has nothing to do with what you need, and she will lie and say she spent 20-30 minutes with you when in reality it was less than 10. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! Look over your bills carefully and note the length of codes they charge. If they act weird like they are killing time, call them out and leave. They only care about ripping off your insurance provider as much as they can and will lie to do so. If you can go anywhere else, do not go here.
