Chose Essence to purchase my first device in order to make the switch from smoking cigarettes. The owner was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to teach me the ins and outs of all I needed to know to get going. He gave good advice concerning the device and flavor I eventually chose. Very happy with my experience.
