Poor customer service cause the person behind the cash did not listen to my question and an even greater disappointment about the website! Cause it does tell you when the Canadian tire gas station closes but does not inform you that the propane refill sevice offered there closes several hours earlier

Depending on who is working the shift, service ranges from terrible to excellent, thus 3 stars. I have had the clerk making stupid remarks and comments, such as when went there to cash in a lottery ticket he asked me "What is this, you only come for the money, you aren't buying anything?", even though I am a frequent customer and gas there very often. Another time, a different clerk was very polite and professional; I continue to return to get my lottery tickets there as I feel he gives me luck with his good energy and positive vibes. :- It's a gamble in terms of service quality everytime I go there.

He wanted to charge me basically 60$ to refill a 20lbs gas tank. Costs more than buying brand new and refilling twice. Gave me some bogus explanation. When confronted, got really aggressive on me. Update : went to a Petro-Canada and got it exchanged for 32.14 tax in. This old lad with his propane is absolutely disconnected from reality.

Refused to tell me how much Propane gas would cost to fill a Propane BBQ tank. Says I would need to go in person to find out. No thank you. I only deal with businesses who show respect to their customers. Staff is rude.

The carwash is a joke a waste of money. The high pressure wash won't take out the dirt, their machines don't have brushes. I had a bird poop on the trunk that was still there when finished, even the windshield was still dirty. First and last time I go there. No wonder why lave-auto express has so many clients, it's not perfect but way much better than CT.

Horrible service. I called to ask the price because I passed by the other day and didn't see any sign outside. He told me I must come physically in person to have the price. Complete disrespect towards customers will absolutely boycott from now on.

Carwash is waste of money. After wash i seen soap on my car then i was talk about that with the manager and he gives me all unresponsive answer

Very bad customer service and very rude treatment, not friendly, I went to fill my propane gas bottle and the employee told me that it was too late 6:30pm and that he would come tomorrow or pay 34 dollars to change my ball normally 17 dollars to fill it I asked him if his shift had already ended or if there is any sign that says that after 6 pm he does not fill any more propane gas balloons and he was very rude to me and as I needed the ball I had to pay the 34 dollars because he did not want to fill my ball with propane gas I will never return to this place and the employee was a Latino man I think.

Horrible staff, garage charged for a repair they did not do. Had to call the store manager and argue to get the charge off the bill.

They scam people with the propane refills it is known to everyone that lives in the area
