Horrible staff, garage charged for a repair they did not do. Had to call the store manager and argue to get the charge off the bill.

Depending on who is working the shift, service ranges from terrible to excellent, thus 3 stars. I have had the clerk making stupid remarks and comments, such as when went there to cash in a lottery ticket he asked me "What is this, you only come for the money, you aren't buying anything?", even though I am a frequent customer and gas there very often. Another time, a different clerk was very polite and professional; I continue to return to get my lottery tickets there as I feel he gives me luck with his good energy and positive vibes. :-) It's a gamble in terms of service quality everytime I go there.

This is probably the worst store in the world.! The store workers attack customers for no apparent reason. After my 75 dollar purchase yesterday, he kept the stuff that I paid for and did not give it to me. I had to deal with police to have it. And when I raised my voice about this disrespectful staff, police told me that I can go somewhere else. Sure! After 3rd and 4th chance, it is enough for the establishment. It was just the closest place to my house and I had bypassed it easily for 5 months. Every each time I went there, I have been spoken so rudely, and disrespectfully by at least three of store workers. I have never had such a terrible experience in my whole life. I am professional person and I have been embrassed within that store more than three times. That location needs to get their ** together. They are terrible reflection on the image of Canadian Tire. Many people including my very close family members and friends are not going to support anything associated with this name anymore. I do not appreciate being treated that way and I am sick dealing with a business that does not value their customers.
