I stopped by here on my way to Wenatchee to get coffee on Sunday afternoon. The only coffee shop that was open on Sunday till 6 in Moses Lake . Good coffee, great customer service. I got a 12 oz caramel latte which was too sweet. If you want yours to have more of a coffee taste and less sweet, ask for one pump of caramel instead of two.
It’s a hit or miss for me. I love the coffee however the Baristas can be Rude and have poor customer service. Not all just the Blonde young girl who trains other baristas.. As a Barisita This is how you lose customers very quickly
I got a lotus from here and gave them directions for a 32 oz blue lotus with 2 pumps of blue rasp and cantaloupe each. When I got it it tasted like straight sugar. I have had this problem with a lot of coffee stands and I work at one myself but I don’t think they realize lotus is supposed to taste like a light soda rather than an Italian soda and it was very gross.
I've been to both locations and both are great the one I frequent more is by the FAA station and that one is amazing everyone I've encountered is always really nice and pleasant to deal with I don't know the guys name but he's got dark hair and is tall he's been really fun to deal with and is always super peppy and seems to enjoy his job I'd give 20 stars If if were possible
I asked for an blended drink They repeated back twice and then did completely different. I asked if I could get a different one the ones ordered and minus the chocolate and she argued and made me feel completely uncomfortable for even asking. Which normally I would have even said anything but since she repeated it back twice and there was no other customers and there was soooo much chocolate. I did. I work in customer service and that just not acceptable the way she handled it. Will not go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
It's a hit and miss for me. I had a friendly barista and I have also had rude baristas that seem like they don't like their job. A hi how can i help you would be nice. They just stare and ask "what are you having". Coffee was good though! I prefer going to the one by the bowling alley, customer service is always 100% on point.
Decent coffee. But I get up to the window and she asks what im drinking today, so I respond by saying I'd like to do a 20oz blended latte with 4 shots of white coffee and as little sugar possible in the drink so, sugar free v vanilla&caramel syrup. She then informs me that they no longer do blended lattes, she can do a frap or something else but can't blend a latte. So I change it to a iced latte. She ended up throwing it in the blender for me but it was $8 and not even 3/4 of the way full. Im not a fan of Starbucks but I would recommend them first before going here. At least you're going to get what you pay for. And idk if that was just the girl not wanting to do it or if the owner truly was like ok we can do everything except blend lattes. Sounds Asinine to me, but what do I know?
Always very friendly, coffee is great.
Delicious coffee, my dog was happy with his shot of whipped cream ! Employee was friendly!
My son today after we got our morning drinks. “This is perfect balance of blueberries and yummy ness.” We love our morning drinks. They have amazing service.
