I enjoyed this shop! The decor is very nice and the restaurant itself is well kept. There's lots of different food and drink to choose from. I ordered a fruit smoothie that tasted fresh. Wait times are short. Prices aren't cheap but aren't expensive either. I'd come back here again!

Illy is my favourite place to visit at Yorkdale, the service is so funny and extremely friendly. The food and drinks are amazing. And their art is beautiful! I highly recommend this location!

The cannolis and super fresh and the cream is slightly sweet. I tried a French kiss and the drink was delightful. The atmosphere is very conversational, and not many people here on a Saturday night. Great place to enjoy the atmosphere

It seems like management has changed, and for the better. Staff are in high spirits and are really friendly and helpful. The vibe of the cafe feels more lively and happy. Might just come back more often now. I also really love their cannoli that I had to buy four!

My friends and I met there for coffee. Food and pastries looked fresh. They had milk alternative for people who can't have dairy. Staff were friendly and fast serving the long line. Sitting area was clean and inviting.
