Went for cocktail cruise and it was fantastic! You’d expect the prices to be high, as a captive audience, but it was very reasonable. Friendly service! Live music on top deck but we chilled on the bow side which was chill. The boat was pretty posh and we will return for the supper cruise. Totally recommend. Anniversary success!

Nice cruise. The staff were wonderful with amazing singer as entertainment. The food was well prepared and interesting. Definitely a great date night option. Unfortunately the water show had technical difficulties but I have seen it before and it is a nice finish to the cruise.
A nice boatride along Memphre magog lake is à worthwhile relaxing activity anytime during summer or fall with the magnificent view of mount orford, owlshead and lakefront properties.
We were on the cruise last week on a cool day with drizzle. The food onboard was quite alright and service was very good. Unfortunately the windows were all fog up, we could not see a thing outside, it was too cold and rainy to go out just to have a glimpse of the scenery. It would be nice if the windows on the boat have defoggers.
If you are ever in Magog you must must take the dinner cruise. I went on this with my besties. The food and service was top notch. Staff very friendly, and beautiful evening with a little surprise at the end. The check in process was a little long. Don't understand why we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get our table number . I'm sure there is a better computer system out there that once you get your tickets they can assign you your seat at the same time. I enjoyed The evening it was relaxing with music on board.
If I could give lower than 0 star, I would. We reserved and paid for the cruise in mid-August. It was suppose to be the activity that would crown the end of our Holidays. September 4th, tickets in hand, we got there in time for the cruise only to find out that there would be no cruise for us, because the ship was reserved for a special event/outting. We were 2 couples in this situation. Very deceiving!!! We were leaving Magog the next morning. Customer service was very poor. Although they recognized their mistake, they did very little to repair it. I would not recommand this cruise because they take their customers for granted.

My wife an I went on the dinner cruise. From the time we purchased the tickets on the phone. Receiving the tickets at the booth and walking on the boat we were treated with respect and kindness. The food was fantastic. The staff was very professional. The entertainment was great. The cruise was smooth and fun. Job well done to all involved. Thank you for your the service. See you again.
