When I walked into Eryn’s office for the first time in December 2013, I thought I had lost my children forever. I was a complete mess and had no idea if there was anything I could do to fix things. She immediately put me at ease and patiently listened to my story. She agreed to take my case and understood that I was working hard to rebuild my life. Knowing that I needed to be financially stable in order to regain custody of my children, she worked with me to develop an extremely reasonable payment plan. I signed the retainer agreement that first day and we developed a plan together. She helped me every step of the way to ensure that I was successful in meeting the end goal: Regaining full custody of my children. It is now July 2015 and I am ecstatic to say that we did it! I would recommend Eryn to anyone who is in need of a lawyer who specializes in family law.

I have been a client of Eryn Logie's since April 2014. I was lucky to find her. I was referred to Eryn from a friend who did not have Eryn as a lawyer, but whose child's father was a client of Eryn's.... when asking her if she knew a good lawyer once separating from my common law partner, her response without hesitation was Eryn Logie. She told me that she was a "machine" and an "amazing lawyer", coming from the other side of the battle, I knew she must be good. My experience from the beginning was amazing, the first call I made I felt listened to and understood. They knew that my situation was very urgent and got me in as soon as possible to meet with Eryn - and the best part was the consultation fee was reasonable. The minute I walked into Eryn's office I knew she was the lawyer for me, she was all business. She listened to my story but developed a clear plan for me and explained to me what my rights were and how I could move forward with making Applications for custody and child support. I took the retainer agreement home and read over it with my family. I sent the letter back later that day and the moment I did Eryn Went to work. In the span of 13 days Eryn had made an Application for custody and child support and we were in front of a Judge to get an Interim Order granted. From there it was only a few months before we had a more permanent Order in place. Eryn is the best lawyer in Calgary, hands down. Every single time Eryn has appeared in Court on my behalf I have been amazed. She is prepared, she is knowledgeable and she is confident. She always has mine and my daughters best interest at heart and that shines through in every letter, Affidavit, or Court appearance Eryn does. I have never been left in the dark or waiting for a response from Eryn, anytime I email her she will get back to me in a reasonable time frame, which I hear can be an issue with other lawyers... not mine though. Eryn is honest, she understands that legal fees can add up quickly and I truly believe her billing rates are reasonable, I have never felt overcharged for work that Eryn has done on my file...ever. I could go on forever about the amazing experience I have had with Eryn B. Logie Family Law, but instead I will say that if you are looking for an experienced, down to earth lawyer with a great personality that will work her hardest to get you what you want, call Eryn, you will not be disappointed.
