we ordered the full-size caesar salad and chicken burger. salad came with a nice soft-boiled egg a surprise but a welcomed one and it tasted great! Chicken burger was crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. Overall a great portion for the price; would order again.
The best lamb I have ever tasted! Loved the duck confit as well.. Very pleasantly surprised with the vanilla whiskey, lemon, egg white drink...can't remember the name though!
I'm just going to go ahead and say it, they make the best chicken sandwich in town. Their Coconut Cream Pie is also on point and shouldn't be missed. The new owner and chef is doing great things and it's no longer boring diner food.
This is a fun place to eat. The weekly menu had really nice, fresh choices. The outside dining was comfortable and the service was excellent. Really good wine.
Cozy and warm, old style café. Good soup for a chilly night. The burger was really tasty, I was greeted by friendly people and a good beer. What else can I ask for?Food: 5/5
Fantastic first experience at Ernies! We started with the radish appetizer which was so delicious.. highly recommend!! The ribs were good, slightly dry and very sweet. Very much looking forward to the next meal!
Best meal we've had in the sault! If you've never gone or if you haven't been in awhile go back you won't be disappointed! The whole staff from the front of the house to the kitchen staff are amazing!
My husband had Schnitzel and it was huge. He jad some for breakfast the next morning. I had lake trout. The flavour was amazing.
Menu changes seasonally weekly and there's always a mix of flavours. There are classics like burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fries etc. Food is usually 20min but call ahead for take out. COVID wise they have benches outside, masks and sign in sheet. Fresh lemonade or thai coffee are great. Queen West vibes.
Such a great place for food and beers Amazing staff Too good to be just at this location told the chef/owner he needs to come to Detroit
