Will never go anywhere else besides Erin Mills Florist & Gift after the experience I had with them. The ice cream floral arrangement was not only beautiful but also the most unique and fun arrangement I've ever seen. Great customer service. Super fast delivery. Would HIGHLY recommend

I can not put into words how beautiful the sympathy arrangement I bought from Erin Mills Florist & Gifts. It was the most stunning arrangement I have ever purchased. I usually do not post reviews but I felt compelled to do so!! A heart felt thank you to Erin Mills Florist & Gifts. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gorgeous flower arrangement to head to Erin Mills Florist & Gifts

ErinMill Florist saved the day!!! I just had a terrible experience with another florists and decided to call ErinMills Florists. WOW the customer experience was EXCELLENT! I was in a pinch and she created a beautiful last minute arrangement and delivered within the hour. Since it was last minute she used what she had to re-create what I had in mind and it was just beautiful! I highly recommend this florist!

Only have great things to say - customer service was above and beyond. They took extra time to message me and share pics of flowers so I was extremely happy with the final arrangement - thanks again it was a pleasure dealing with you!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered on Tuesday November 29th for an anniversary as we wouldn't be seeing each other. I paid in full which included $10 delivery charge, and got confirmation that it was delivered. I never heard from my girlfriend as they weren't delivered. I called the next day and one of the employees made a mistake and they offered to deliver them that day. I got a call a few minutes later and they lady said it wouldn't be today as the driver was in Toronto. I get mistake happen, but it's how you correct them when they do happen that makes the difference. I'm sure in a city as big as Mississauga there are other delivery services and it's only a 10 minute drive from the flower shop. Also, I'm still waiting for a refund!
