Friendly quick service. Had a flat 7 mins out of Eriksdale came in 25 minutes changed tire than set me up with a good used tire in shop and I was on my way again. Thankful for the help but paid a good penny next time I'll be better prepared
They are a shop that has a garage sells vehicles sells car parts. The only thing the owners are elderly and sometimes don't get messages right. Nice people to deal with.
Great service! Technician greeted me at the driveway, showed me where to park the truck, had me on my way within 15 minutes
If you have a choice, do not go to these guys. I broke down 8 miles from Eriksdale. They sent a tow truck telling me the tow is $75. They scratched the truck tail gate severely and broke the light harness. Then they replaced items that didn't need replacing and charged an outrageous price. The tow was $75 but they added an additional $125 for hooking updamaging my vehicle. We had a tire that the studs broke off. A job that should have been less than $300 ended up cost us $768. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. When I tried to ask questions, the owner began yelling at me and talking down to me like a child. Be warned!
my tire came off down the highway got it to the noted garage the owner told me i needed a new tire and wheel hub which the owner had and charged me 375 for a used tire and hub i had no choice but to pay it because he had me over a barrel.I found the owner to be rude!! and some what shady! so please go some where else if you can
They dont even know what they want to charge for impoundment of vehicles..... they want to abuse the system and try and chargw $1000 for 30 day impounds lmfao CROOKS plus the truck has ran the same since cruise control isn't working since then our head lights both are out shocks seem to have mysteriously gone... suspected they changed out alot of our parts
Very bad customer service, bad owner ,don't go over there even in a wrist situation !!! Not recommended anybody for very small work
