Great mechanic shop. Professional, friendly, honest work. Came in to fix a muffler issue. They started working on it quickly and checked for other issues. There was an emission leak which they fixed as well. Good place for mechanic work and towing services. Vlad and the team are great. Highly recommend this place
I purchased a used engine for $4,000 and they told me it had a 90-day warranty. the mechanic shop that installed the engine had trouble getting it running, and then once it was running, it ran very poorly. I ended up spending about $600 and improved it, however it was still throwing codes and making a loud clacking sound under load. Eriksdale service told me they would not do anything until I took it to Ford dealership for a diagnosis. I did that, and $400 later, Ford was not sure what was wrong with it, but that they would have to spend more time on diagnosis. I've now spent $1,000 trying to get this engine running properly, and they are now not answering my calls, and not giving me any warranty. I would recommend you avoid them like the plague! unless you enjoy gambling with your money.nOh, I also found out later that they had actually dropped my engine, because there was dirt all over it when my friend went to pick it up for me.nIt seems like all integrity at this business has been lost. Look at the Facebook reviews and everything is one star complaints.
Friendly quick service. Had a flat 7 mins out of Eriksdale came in 25 minutes changed tire than set me up with a good used tire in shop and I was on my way again. Thankful for the help but paid a good penny next time I'll be better prepared
If you have a choice, do not go to these guys. I broke down 8 miles from Eriksdale. They sent a tow truck telling me the tow is $75. They scratched the truck tail gate severely and broke the light harness. Then they replaced items that didn't need replacing and charged an outrageous price. The tow was $75 but they added an additional $125 for hooking updamaging my vehicle. We had a tire that the studs broke off. A job that should have been less than $300 ended up cost us $768. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. When I tried to ask questions, the owner began yelling at me and talking down to me like a child. Be warned!
