I've known Eric for years, and I've used him on both high-end residential and commercial projects. I found him to be exceptionally responsive, detailed, a great value, and an awesome guy to work with. Before finding Eric I had used several other local painters, both big and small, but there is simply no comparison, Eric is the best on every front.

First off the system required giving him a star. He does not deserve that.  Welch Painting showed up on the job stoned and wreaked of weed. Eric Welches comment to the supervisor was well its almost legal in Madison. Needless to say he was fired and asked to leave before they hurt someone. Doesn't return calls, bad company. This guys should not be working on any resi or commercial project. Can't trust him or his personnel. What a JOKE!

Very happy with Eric's communication, bidding process, his paint color recommendations and final outcome. Entire interior condo painted; no easy task, as painters had to do repairs and work around furniture and belongings. Highly recommended!

I really can't say enough about the quality of work Eric and his crew did.  Absolutely top notch!  I would recommend them without hesitation. Great price for the quality of work done compared to other bids.  Nice, friendly workers who cleaned up after themselves daily. Good communication as the job progressed.  Over-the-top service in terms of willingness to add on additional needed repairs -- and great value in doing so. Even re-hung mailbox and other things that I'd thought would be my responsibility.  There really is no choice, in my view.  But get your request in early, they're busy!  Oh, and my house was in BAD shape, so they had their work cut out for them.
