I was there around 1130 today.. my daughter all of a sudden felt very sick while we were shopping so we quickly finished and went to check out. She wouldn't let me put her down and the lady's that work there unloaded my cart, scanned and bagged absolutely everything for me while I tried to console her and try not to break down myself. They all deserve raises I am so grateful those wonderful women were there to help me as I'm not sure what I would have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Absolute clowns, would rather you return all your groceries than give you a little box they got for free to carry it home in. Got ripped out on by some emo D bag Jake and some cheeseburger loving loudmouth woman who sits in a chair as the sacred protector of free cardboard. I apologized for our business. We went to Walmart and was better selection, better service and 20% cheaper. Bye bye no frills. I love your Galen Weston leadership cost you over $100 in return process labor on one transaction over a free cardboard box. You people are the pinnacle of good business.
Michelle… not sure if she’s a manager but I witnessed her completely disrespecting employee with multiple customers including myself as a witness. This lady definitely needs to learn respect and how to speak with employees. I witnessed her telling an employee that she was going to write them up after her spot check tell the employee to show their ears to prove that they were not listening to music on the floor. The employee pulled their hair back to prove to Michelle that they didn’t have any listening devise in their ear. She then proceeds to tell the employee that they are going to be written up. Nothing in the employee’s ear, still being written up? Talk about bullying in the work place. The owner of this store really needs to spend some time training his management team. All said and done the employee continued to work and Michelle walked off after her threat. Michelle is the dark haired lady and slightly heavy set with a god complex.
Customers appreciate the low prices, making it a great option for students. However, some reviews mention that the quality of the vegetables could be better, as they tend to not last long.
The store itself is very clean and organized. However, the shopping carts are disgusting. They are full of rust and the paint is chipped off. Not the best condition to put your high priced groceries in.
