Beware had build new house and since day they finished been steady repairs.  Wish I had bought used because of erco. Decided to tile my kitchen to find out they never insulated any of my Windows been here for years wonder why home aways so cold having to have heater on bust.  Between not insulated correctly, leaking roof since day 1 and my flooring all cut to short so that I've had to steady be fixing as floor board slip out from under me.  Buyer beware of this contractor they do horrible work and don't stand by it.  I tried getting to fix issue when was under 1 year warranty but they come in pretend to fix but never do(flooring/leaks). All issue that they said they fix I still have.  When i can afford to get out of this home I will and will never go into erco home again.
