I've been frequenting this establishment for some time now and all I can say is if you're in need of physio or a massage to help with things I would seriously consider them. Never had any issues at all. Staff is friendly and they treat you with care and courtesy every time you come by.

I've been going here for years with different problems and these guys are the best. They helped me fix my back pain due to herniated disc, shoulder overuse injury, and just recently a weird ankle injury. Would recommend 100%+. They make me feel like I can and should be able to move freely and do the things that I love.
I had great success with my first experience with G.L.A.:D which I did at the Guelph location of Eramosa Physio. It helped me have a fantastic ski season! So I was thrilled to see it come to Elora and did it again with Heather. Extremely helpful! Anyone with an ache or pain from osteo-arthitis, go to this program to strengthen all the supportive muscles and feel relief!

Meredith saved me!!! After having my first child via c section I was suffering from some lower back pain and was lost with what to do with my incision. Her expertise helped me recover quickly and fully! I returned to her for a foot injury and she worked magic on that as well! She’s brilliant and lovely! Highly recommend!
