Elie Tanel is a very reasonable man, right from the start he stated that - I will do all I can to see that you get a sale on your property. He certainly lived up to his promise and I will be forever thankful for that. We had a lot of people attend each of the weekly open days. He constantly followed up with the results of each open day. He called us during the week and offered great advice relative to the anticipated sale. He became a very good friend during the short period we knew him. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His constant and regular communication was most welcome as we were becoming very depressed that no sale had yet been forthcoming with the previous broker we were doing business with. He constantly encourage us which made the long wait so much more acceptable. We made a wonderful friend during our six weeks with him, my wife and I can only sing his praises. He's honest, reliable and communicates so well. Any person wanting to sell their home would do well to contact Elie and we are so very sure he will do all he can to conclude a sale. We’ve had bad experiences with realtor before meeting Elie. We knew from the start that Elie was the perfect realtor for our little family! He is very honest, reliable and worked hard to get us our forever home in Saint-Dorothée. We knew exactly what we wanted, and he worked tirelessly to find exactly that. He found us great houses despite we were a little bit picky. He was also very realistic, honest and supportive of us as we put in the offer, negotiated with the sellers, and got the home. He followed up with us once we moved in and helped us find a lawyer, mortgage broker, and home insurance. It was exactly what we needed as we were first time home buyers. We have known Elie for a number of years, first meeting when we were looking for a realtor to sell our first home. Elie was by far the most professional and realistic agent from a number of agents we had sought appraisals from when considering the sale of our home. He organised fabulous photography of our home and the advertising was fantastic! The house sold quickly and we were pleased with the sale price although it was a little bit less than what we were initially asking.
