Great building just north of downtown by a block. When it was built it was the first commercial high rise building in 30 years in downtown Edmonton. A great monolith of concrete and steel. The front entrance is easily accessible by all and is expansive. There is a huge bronze grizzly bear fishing for salmon as you enter, it is impressive. Great restaurant on the main floor Buco. There is a help desk that is staffed and they are friendly and helpful.
Clean, clear signs, easy to enter and exit the building/parking.

EPCOR Tower stands out as the most grand office building and lobby in Edmonton. For active commuters and lunch hour runners, the building is unbeatable with its shower and locker rooms, towel service, and amenities like soap, shampoo, and hair dryers. Super close to two LRT stops and there is a bus stop right at the building. Milk Crate offers a fantastic breakfast wrap, and Buco Pizzeria is excellent for both lunch and dinner options. The dry cleaning pick-up service is incredibly convenient. The on-site gym and daycare are invaluable for those who need a quick workout or have young children. I love the balconies for taking outdoor phone calls in nice weather. The bright tenant lounge area, complete with ping pong, foosball, and other games, adds a great touch. Highly recommend EPCOR Tower for anyone seeking a top-tier office environment in Edmonton.
