HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! used to be a great credit union until it merged with First West. They actually transfer funds from family members to cover an overdrawn account! Took money from my 17 yr old son's account! If there is stop payment on any cheques made out to you, you get penalized and then they slap you with a 10 day hold on ALL cheques! Also, you cannot reach any branch directly to discuss your account, you have to go through a call centre now which places you on hold for obscene amounts of time...It is in your best interest to stay away!

if i could give a lower star i would, dont go here to open an account if you are intending to buy or sell crypto/bitcoin, they will basically waste 45 mins of your time making you site in an office while they "verify" your info then tell you that they cant open an account because you want to use it for crypto.

Terrible bank. TERRIBLE customer service. Thanks for hanging up on me- and not proceeding to call me back or fix your banks mistakes in fees. I'm beyond annoyed with this bank
