Have some concerns about health inspectors not inspecting all food prep and food storage areas and being easily distracted with conversation with owner leading them away from very critical violations. The chenango county health inspector inspected Vincent's itailian resturant in Afton N.Y. On December 28, 2017. During this inspection you gave 0 critical and 0 non critical violations, and even made a comment about this facility making corrections and improvements. Miss/Mr. health inspector you owe the residents of Afton and chenango county an apology for failing to do your job keeping the public safe and making sure food establishments follow sanitation and pest control procedures. I know for a fact that when you inspected this establishment you failed to go downstairs in the basement food prep area where there is a rat infestation, I don't mean a couple field mice I'm talking rats running across food prep services and through bread crumbs and other food containers. This has been going on for months now and is still currently happening. I have a video that proofs all of this I ask you please do your job.
