I have used Entripy a few times now and their service and products have always been great. However, recently I made an order and I received my product in the wrong size. I alerted their team about it and within a few minutes they responded and told me they would mail me my correct order free of charge. Great customer service!
Entripy is a great company with great products. I would insist on them not using UPS to deliver their products. They shipped my product 7 days ago and my package is still "being delivered" by UPS. I live 15km from Entripy's facility. UPS is literally the worst company ever. Entripy, please switch delivery companies!!!!
They make it right, I want to thank you for the work shirts with the garments that were printed for my fabrication shop. The Brand Knap brought that old school feel back. Thank you again and I would recommend using Entripy.
Shipping was delayed and they don't bother to update you or anything. I only found out because it was expected to arrive December 11th and no email of tracking or anything. Then spoke to a agent on chat support and they blamed it on covid 19. No apologies or anything
