They did not do as they said they would do.  This was the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor in my life.  They refused to asnwer any questions I had after they got my deposit.  I have never been treated they badly before.

They dropped off the face of the earth once they delivered their windows, the order was wrong and now the only response I get is an account statement evry month asking me to pay for items I did not get.

Some of the nicest doors and mouldings I’ve ever installed, quality is unparalleled

Very disappointed, great lack of professionalism, you might as well buy it yourself and install it yourself or choose your installer. For me never again this company.
