Always trying to upscale to take money. I wanted a large car they were out and they only had the suv. Online said they were in stock. Only when I said I would take a small car did they adjust the price lower. Patron before me upon returning my vehicle was promised his vehicle on the phone. Showed up 2 hours later to pick it up and they already rented it.

Extremely pleasant, professional and great customer service. First experience renting a vehicle and would recommend this location/company. Zackary, Adam and a female rep assisted at different times and were great! Thanks for your help!

I had a terrible experience with one Bowmanville associate in particular, Victoria. Her attitude was extremely negative and she was unwilling to help in answering any of my questions to find a vehicle for the occasion. She was very unprofessional and blatantly rude with no regard for any type of customer satisfaction. Overall, she should not be working in a customer service-based industry such as this and my family, business nor I will definitely not be returning to this location thanks to the poor attitude of this employee.
