My wife had a accident and we needed to get a rental while her car was in the shop in Calgary. She got the call that the car was ready she asked the Airdrie location if she could drop off at a Calgary location as her car was at International Exotic. Enterprise has a location just around the corner they told her she could drop it off and they would make sure they would get her to the shop for her car. Thanks Enterprise for the great service if we ever need a rental we will be coming back to see you.

Had a rental there through insurance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Even gave us great rates when insurance ran up as we did not have a new car yet. Highly recommend for all your car rental needs!!

Terrible service. Called this morning to ask about a suv rental for 7 people, Jordan was the agent that answered, he barely speaks up in the phone, told him twice I could barely hear him, momentarily he sounded a little better, puts me on hold to look if they have the SUV I need, then when he comes back I said again I can barely hear him twice, then I hear nothing, then I say hello again twice then he hangs up on me!! I called again, Carlton answers the phone, I told him Jordan hanged up on me, I asked him again if they have any SUV rentals, he doesn’t apologize and without checking he says no they don’t have anything. Nice service Enterprise Airdrie. You don’t even deserve a peak of a star. So disappointing.

Even with a phone call 4 hours prior to reservation when we got there both vehicles were gone. They didn't care. Left us to find two vehicles at end of a travel day for 2 mom's and a baby. Airdrie Discount Car rentals came through with 2 better vehicles at cheaper rate with no notice. I rent about a dozen plus vehicles a year. First time with Discount . Worst Enterprise experience I ever had.
