Recently had to rent a car through my insurance.. was given a 2023 BMW X3. Car wasn’t clean , mud stains on the back of the seats and LR inside door panel , the next day and every other day I got in it, it smelled like someone puked up sour milk in it we had the car for 1 week, it went from grand falls to Riley brook, to plaster rock to Riley brook, then back to grand falls and dropped off , approximately 210 km , we didn’t eat or drink in it and apparently wasn’t full of gas when I picked it up. Dash said I could travel 710km. When filled it $35 it said I could travel 860 km.
Excellent place to rent a vehicule. Prices are good, service is great. Should fill their cars with gas before renting them cause refulling can be a pain where the sun don't shine if you leave and it's a half tank you bring back half. So much easier for all when cars are properly filled before leaving the rental yard.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the Grand Falls Enterprise outlet. I tried to call for over 45 minutes to rent a vehicle to no avail....no one answered the phone!!! When I called from my cel they answered immediately!! I was told by the person at the Ford dealership that happens constantly when Ford customers call from the phone at the dealership. I will NEVER deal with Grand Falls Enterprise and will NEVER recommend them. Head office would do well to rid themselves of the worker that feels business lost is a good thing
Yesterday, my vehicle broke down on the highway west of Grand Falls. The tow truck driver who picked us up immediately called Enterprise who provided us with the vehicle of choice that allowed us to continue our trip and return home. The service at pick up & return of the vehicle customer service was commendable! We appreciate the empathy with which we were handled.nThank You Enterprise!
