Le service d'accompagnement n'a pas eu lieu. La voiture proposée était malpropre et ne correspondait pas au critère entendu avec ma compagnie d'assurance. À la signature, j'ai demandé un formulaire contractuel en français. On m'a répondu que ça n'existait pas. Par la suite on m'a appelé pour me dire que la copie jaune était en français. On m'a aussi offert de changer de voiture, il m'aurait alors fallu conduire 32 km pour l'échange. L'effort n'y était pas.
