The summerside branch location manager Amanda was amazing kind and very polite and just a wonderful person to talk to. This made picking up our rental and dropping off so much easier. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental. Huge thank you to Amanda
Visit ANY other Enterprise location, this one has awful customer service. The person behind the counter was lazy, rude, and incredibly unprofessional. The car made an awful noise and vibration for the entire trip and when I returned it I was told I needed to personally clean it to avoid an extra charge. It took me longer to drive home than it did to vacuum it out so they were clearly looking to get even more money out of a 10 day rental. Avoid it if you can.
Because of a family emergence my husband and I coming in from the USA desperately needed a rental car for a week in Prince Edward Island. Worse, it was Labor Day so cars were scarce. Fortunately we found one at David’s Enterprise Rental car in Summerside. The car was a keyless- entry which we had never driven before and as senior citizens were very anxious about what this involved. David, the owner, was a very calming presence, patiently demonstrating all the nuances and making sure I felt comfortable using them. The car, a Nissan SUV was perfect! Another point of anxiety for us was we needed to return the car in Summerside then somehow get to the airport for our flight home. Once more, David to the rescue. He assure us he would call the taxi company and personally make sure we got a cab which worked out beautifully. Although it was obvious that we would not be in the area again, he still treated us like valued customers. My husband and I were very impressed and highly recommend this agency.
I dealt with two different employees, one on pick up she was very sweet and very efficient with the pick up. I did encounter an issue with the vehicle but I received a call on Tuesday and the second employee gave me a call and was so apologetic about it and made it a much better experience. I would like to thank both for such an easy experience despite the vehicle!
Enterprise car rental in Summerside. I can't say enough good things about it. The workers were so polite so. Nice.It felt amazing after just being in an accident to be so reassured, they pulled up with the first vehicle, and it was basically my old vehicle with newer rims, and while that's okay, and they're not required to put on. Snow tires, rental car places. All seasons should be fine, but in a front wheel drive car with no snow tires. I don't like the idea of that, and I explained that to them, and it wasn't even half a second. And the guy just shot out and said, we have a dodge ram out back and while I didn't appreciate the gas haha i was very happy, very, very happy. I can't say enough good things about summerside. Enterprise or enterprise alone grate service
