wow went on Wednesday to pick up a rental and they were sooooo efficient. arrived and they were already expecting me so all I did was provide my driver's license and credit card, did a walk through and that was it. It literally took me longer walking to Enterprise 15 mins than it was picking up the car probably 7 mins. I got the confirmation via email shortly after with the details along with a nice text message too where you can text if there's any questions or concerns. it was the easiest I've ever experienced renting a vehicle. I also got upgraded to a larger vehicle then anticipated. The only downfall is the limited hours
